Yes, for now, and contested. Polymarket says it accepts Minnesota. Novig says it accepts Minnesota, sports included. Minnesota's 2026 felony ban on prediction markets (effective 1 Aug 2026) was preliminarily enjoined as to Kalshi, Polymarket US and the CFTC on 27 Jul 2026, after CFTC and DOJ sued on 19 May.
